- Bajío Regional Hospital with Speciality Services
This hospital has support units for oncology, hemodialysis, outpatient surgery and rehabilitation, with a total surface area of 25,000 m2 and 184 beds, serving the Bajío region in Mexico.
The project consisted of the design, construction, financing and management of the facilities' services. Clinical services are outside the scope of the private sector. It is currently in operation since the completion of construction in 2007, and will be turned over to the government in 2030.
The contract includes the provision and maintenance of high-technology equipment over a five-year period, as well as the provision of non-medical services, such as general maintenance, cleaning, food, landscaping, safety and security, parking, waste disposal, IT and telecommunications or medical and general equipment.
The Windsor-Essex Parkway project is part of the proposed plan to connect Highway 401 in Ontario to Interstate 75 in Michigan, by way of a new Canadian inspection plaza and bridge crossing being constructed by the Federal Government in West Windsor.
In September of 2008, ACCIONA was contracted by Quebec’s Ministry of Transport to design, finance, build, operate and maintain the new Autoroute 30 (A30 Express) toll road along Montreal’s south shore. The completed A30 was opened to traffic on December 2012.
